Our History
Wuxi GRT Technology Co., Ltd. covers a total area of approximately 45,000 m², with a production area of around 25,000 m². It is a comprehensive manufacturer specializing in the design, research and development, production, sales, and service of solar PV fixed and tracking mounting systems.
Our Factory
The company operates three production factories and two R&D centers in China, employing around 500 staff members. Its product range includes various types of PV mounting components, such as "C", "Z", "Ω", "U"-shaped open profiles, square, polygonal, and circular closed profiles, as well as matching stamped components and assembled bracket parts. GRT has passed SGS audits and obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification. As of 2021, the company has supplied products and services to over 100 PV projects in countries including the United States, Spain, Chile, and Togo, with business covering global markets.

Products cover various types of PV support structural types "C," "Z," "Ω," and "U"-shaped openings profiles, square, polygon, prototype silent profile, and stent stampings, assembly parts, and so on.
GRT's production line
The company operates one of the most advanced tube and photovoltaic mounting structure production lines in East China, equipped with a wide range of self-developed and independently designed precision manufacturing equipment. The comprehensive and powerful production system features high material utilization, high output, and consistent quality, enabling us to meet the diverse production requirements of photovoltaic mounting systems for different countries and regions worldwide.
Our manufacturing facilities include fully automated cold roll forming lines, high-frequency precision welded tube production lines, C/Z steel production lines, Ω-profile steel lines, column profile steel lines, high-frequency welded pipe lines, various-tonnage stamping equipment, fully automated stamping lines, robotic welding systems, and dedicated pre-assembly workshops. This integrated production capability ensures efficient, flexible, and large-scale manufacturing of structural components.
In addition, the company operates a 2,400-square-meter assembly workshop with four assembly lines, staffed by 60 assembly workers and 20 support personnel. With an annual assembly capacity of 10,000 tons and a daily output exceeding 20 MW, more than 70% of structural components are delivered in pre-assembled form, significantly reducing on-site installation time and complexity for project owners and EPC contractors, and improving overall project efficiency.

We are ISO 9001 Quality Management System certified, ensuring standardized production processes and consistent product quality. In addition, our products and manufacturing systems have been certified by TÜV NORD and PCCC, demonstrating full compliance with relevant international and industry standards.
